How you feel
Feeling tired?
When you're running on empty, the kindest thing is often to stop. These gentle tools help you rest, whether that's a two-minute pause or winding down for sleep.
See suggestions for feeling tired in the app.
Rest, without guilt
You don't have to earn rest. Even a few minutes of slow breathing or a short guided journey can help you feel a little more restored.
If it's bedtime
Try 4-7-8 breathing in bed, then let soft rain or brown noise play with a sleep timer. If tiredness lasts for weeks or comes with other symptoms, it's worth speaking to your GP.
