Self-kindness & gratitude
The Gratitude Jar: a gentle daily journal
Drop in small wins, kind thoughts and things you're grateful for, and watch your jar fill with light. On harder days, pick a note at random and read back what went well.
Works without an account. Notes stay private.
How a gratitude jar works
Each day, write one or two short notes: something that went well, something you're thankful for, or a kind thought about yourself. They don't need to be big. "Had a proper lunch" counts.
Over time the jar becomes a record of good moments, and you can pull one out whenever you need reminding that not every day is hard.
Your notes are private
Jar notes are never shown to anyone else. Without an account they stay on your device; with a free account they're stored securely and follow you to any device. You can download or delete them at any time.
