Sleep sound
Ocean wave sounds
Slow waves rolling onto the shore and drawing back again. The gentle rise and fall makes ocean sounds a natural rhythm to breathe along with.
Play Ocean Waves
Opens the sleep mixer. Tap the sound to start it.
Breathe with the waves
Try breathing in as each wave rolls in and out as it draws back. It's a simple way to slow your breathing without counting. The Footsteps on the Shore journey uses the same idea.
How to use it for sleep
- Open the sleep mixer and tap Ocean Waves. Add other sounds if you like and set each volume.
- Choose a sleep timer of 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
- Switch on Bedtime Mode for a dark, dim screen, then put your phone face down.
- When the timer ends, the sound fades out slowly so it doesn't wake you.
