Breath & Body Scan
Slow breathing while your attention travels gently through the body, one area at a time.
Start Breath & Body Scan (15 min)
Follow the circle: it grows as you breathe in and softens as you breathe out.
The 4-6 pattern, step by step
- Breathe in for 4 seconds.
- Breathe out for 6 seconds.
That is one round, lasting 10 seconds, or about 6 breaths a minute. Repeat it gently for around 15 minutes. If any count feels too long, shorten it: the breath should always feel comfortable.
