One-Minute Reset
The quickest way back to yourself. Sixty seconds, a few slow breaths, done.
Start One-Minute Reset (1 min)
Follow the circle: it grows as you breathe in and softens as you breathe out.
The 3-5 pattern, step by step
- Breathe in for 3 seconds.
- Breathe out slowly for 5 seconds.
That is one round, lasting 8 seconds, or about 7.5 breaths a minute. Repeat it gently for around 1 minute. If any count feels too long, shorten it: the breath should always feel comfortable.
Gentle reminders during the session
- Drop your shoulders.
- Unclench your jaw.
